Returns and Refunds

Our goods come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you can generally choose a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

For a minor failure, we may first choose to repair the product at no cost within a reasonable time. If we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, further remedies may be available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Email sales@boldstag.com.au with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions. Where a fault is confirmed, we reimburse reasonable return costs as required by law.

Change of mind

Any separate change-of-mind window, conditions and return process are pending. These arrangements are separate from your statutory rights.
